Construction June ~ December 2006:  First light December 2006:  Size - 400 sq. ft., fully insulated: 
 Fitted with sub-pier for 8 in. upper pier and mount:  Primary telescope 22" Dobsonian with 100 inch focal length:
The roof interior height is 10' 6", weighs a calculated 2100 pounds and opens in 24 seconds

Framing in first 10 days - all seemed easy at this point
Each side of trolley has 3 separate vee rollers
Roof trolley in place
Rear support diagonal cross brace adjuster
Cross braces and adjusters installed
Ridge beam remotely constructed

Eves on either end have unique design - Drive system pod

Roof underlined with double layered bubble insulation with radiant barrier shield
1 1/2 HP Leeson 220v AC motor
11 1/2" drum diameter - 1/4" cable
